1. Quantum Cosmology & simplified models (Dionysios Anninos)
Date: October 3rd, 2024. Title: Quantum Cosmology & simplified models. Abstract: We discuss, informally, some of the challenges that appear when studying quantum features of cosmological spacetimes. The role simplified controllable models may play in sharpening and solving these challenges will be considered. Time permitting focus will be placed on lower dimensional models and the question of observables. Some of the discussion will be based on 2406.15271.
