Pre-Press 9.4??? - Amazing Spider-man #299 Newsstand Venom Cameo

Before pressing this book I think it is close to a 9.4. What do you think? I will clean, press this book. I will have a video for that. Then, I will send this book to CGC to compare our estimates with the actual CGC grade. When I get it back I will make a Journey of ASM #299 video. Purpose of these videos are: 1) To learn how to press and grade books better. 2) To have a detailed before video. I have heard some people complain that CGC occasionally damage books while grading. I’ve personally had a few come back with some spine ticks that weren’t there before I sent them to CGC. But, I have no evidence of it. Now I will. 3) Would love to hear any stories you have with cleaning, pressing, grading or if you enjoyed the reads of any of these books. Thank you very much.
