Ancient City Gamefish Association's Kingfish Challenge
Lewis Rogers and BJ Pearson of the Bad Company fishing team head offshore to find where bait is holding up and check water conditions at select fishing spots to prepare for tournament weekend. The Ancient City Gamefish Association's Kingfish Challenge is scheduled July 6-8 out of Camachee Cove Marina. Rogers believes it will take a 90-pound, two-fish aggregate to win the $10,000 first place prize. The public is welcome to view the weigh-ins Saturday from 3 to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m.
