My previous one used Memento and Ceska Chest with Obliterate: • Division 2 | TU16.4 | AR Striker Build Her... It provides me damage, a little bit of healing, and a bit of CC. It's the build I rely on when I randomly matchmake into groups. It's my most chill build to play. It provides me all the tools I need to reduce pressure so I never feel like I'm missing something. It isn't immune to human error though, so whenever I do go down, it's because I know I messed up. I'm showing some Legendary gameplay because I feel it showcases the toolsets of the build better then Heroic content can. Gear: Striker: My primary source of damage along with the crit chance/damage rolls, and the rate of fire and weapon handling. Belstone: My primary source of heals. The 1% armor regen and 10% armor on kill usually helps keep my armor healed up so I am able to free up my skills for something else. Hotshot - Offers a big burst of weapon handling and is like having Braced equipped without needing cover. Weapon handling allows me to put rounds on targets from just about any range. The quicker reload allows me to react just a little bit quicker to things. The damage I get from Strikers + Crit felt like plenty in terms of my Time-to-Kill, so I am able to utilize this for more utility. Ninjabike: This allows me to have the 4pc Striker bonus along with the 1% Armor Regen and 10% Armor on Kill and the 30% Weapon Handling from Hotshot. Helps act like a mini Memento. Technician: I am running this so I have access to the EMP Grenades. Those are great for disabling Turret Tanks (especially before a fight), Warhounds (if you can catch them while they setup their shot), and Healing Stations (especially ones out of line of sight). The extra skill tier is also beneficial for certain skills even with low skill tier. Skills: Riot Foam: Technician allows me to have 4 charges available to immobilize enemies. This skill allows me to get enemies out of cover to shoot so I don't waste time waiting for them to peek or move. It helps stop a runner from getting into cover so I can shoot them. I can immobilize tankier enemies like Heavies/Rogue Agents to give me essentially a few seconds of free damage. I can chain this if need be and with charges permitting. Bulwark Shield: This allows me to tank a bit of damage so that I can either reposition or push as needed. I can swap out these skills as needed for the situation. EMP Sticky for Marauder Drones. Decoy if there are just too many enemies. Revive Hive to pick up downed teammates. Etc. Weapons: St. Elmo's Engine is just a really good AR. There are other things that do specific things better, but it does a lot of different things very well. Much like this build. There are other builds that do specific things better, but this build does a little bit of everything very well. Engine has good mods that provide good damage and good handling. The little bit of extra CC can be very valuable against tankier enemies to both be able to immobilize them and damage them. I don't need to switch to a CC skill or a CC weapon so I save time with my DPS. If you don't have this Exotic AR, I also like Honey Badger, P416, Carbine 7, and Police M4. Lightweight M4 with Boomerang is for when I need a little bit extra range or run out of ammo with my Primary. Hotshot's weapon handling makes this a laser beam so I can spam the shots wilt out worrying about it jumping around. Boomerang increases my mag size and mag damage, so it can put out a lot of damage before I need to reload. Hit's very hard once I have max Striker/Obliterate stacks, but also fires fast enough that I can build those stacks while using this. Any of the faster rate of fire rifles works well in this slot, but I found the LWM4 to feel the best with it's base mag size, rate of fire, and damage. Custom P45 is when I use the Bulwark. Hits pretty hard and fast, especially when I have max Striker/Obliterate stacks, but also able to build those stacks with this fast fire rate. Memento version provides a higher stat ceiling with the Trophies. But, for me, this offers enough without the need to rely on Memento for extra healing/damage.
