Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath

This Yoga Nidra session was guided by Christina Gibbs with a beautiful visualization that included a beach with sand made of crystals. This excerpt is taken from that point in the visualization. If you close your eyes perhaps you can see "...the grains of sand - they are all crystals. Amethyst, quartz, Jade, citrine… Crystals in every color. Shining and sparkling." Sheri Henderson accompanied Christina's words with a Sound Bath. The Kalani provided the perfect sound for crystals sparkling on a beach.
