You can get this in the Dwarf Woodlands level. Just go to the Courtyard area. No High Jump or leveled up Air Slide needed. There are several ways of getting to the treasure chest containing the Fission Firaga spell. Two of these methods have already been discovered, but I decided to show all of the ones that I know, starting from the most efficient ways to the least efficient way. Regarding the simple jump methods, make sure that you're pushing yourself against the vegetation, or Terra will not grab the ledge.Regarding the first two dashing methods, make sure (a) that you're pushing yourself against the vegetation, (b) that you dash at the top of your jump, (c) that your dash is parallel to the big, dark brown wall on the side, and (d) that you're dashing as close to the big, dark brown wall as possible. Remember to dash over the vegetation on the side of the arch touching the big, dark brown wall. If you try to dash over the smaller vegetation on the opposite side of the arch, it's still possible to get up on the arch's wall, but you'll have to dash up at an angle, and it's hard to get the angle right and consistent. This goes for both sides of that part of the arch. As for the very last method in the video, I did that for shits and giggles, lol. You can try to do it, but it's very easy to miss the ledge or hit the corner of the nearby castle.
