A Toe into Madness | Bonrze | Complete The UAC on Ultra-Nightmare You need to complete the first mission of the game, "The UAC" on Ultra Nightmare Difficulty. This is the hardest difficulty in the game. The game is on the usual nightmare difficulty, but with a twist. if you die you go back to the beginning of the game! This makes completing this first mission hard, let alone the whole game. Thankfully, you just need to complete the first mission for the "A Toe into Madness" trophy / achievement.
