Astra J 1.7 CDTI 2013 ignition switch contact problem

One day I tried to start the car and the key did not turn in contact. I put some engine oil, I tried again and no results. The key came in and out easily, but it didn't turn. I forced the rotation and it unlocked - it felt like a hop. After 2 weeks, the same thing. Now, I've noticed this problem (I haven't paid attention so far, as you can imagine). If I insert the tip of the key or the whole key, the button lights turn ON BUT they turn on / off / off if I move the key in contact (left / right / up / down). If I start the engine, everything is fine. I removed the cover from the steering wheel because I noticed a movement on the hub cap and I noticed that if I hold down on that cover as you can see at the end of the movie, whether I insert the key partially or totally and whether I move the key in the hub, the button lights they stay on, without turning on the ignition or starting the engine. Do you have any idea what is wrong?
