I WAS BANNED FROM PLAYING NARUTO STORM 4 ONLINE!?!?! R.I.P 81% WIN RATIO

I wasn't crying in the beginning lol, I noticed while editing it hella sounding like I was haha. But was I banned for cussing him out or whooping too many people's asses? Or is it just an online problem? Idk but if something doesn't change I'm gunna have to start hitting up some higher ups to figure out wassup. I seen someone live streaming this game yesterday so I know other people can play online. Also, I don't have a bad internet connection, I was able to play EVERY OTHER GAME I OWN ONLINE. I'M DEFINITELY NOT TRYNA RESTART EVERYTHING EITHER... HELP!!!!
