Removing a 250 pound Junkyard 4L80E at the auto wreckers! What I learned the hard way!

I needed a transmission for my first ever LS build, I settled on what I thought would be a 4L60E as it was behind a 4.8 Vortec but what I quickly realized is that I had actually found a 4L80E, a full hundred pounds heavier but a better transmission! I’ll show you all the points of bolt up, how I disassembled and what needed to go to get it out.
