Ice Cream Cake using Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ingredients 18 ice cream sandwiches (2) 8 oz whipped cream 2 oz chopped pecans Chocolate Sauce Carmel Bites sweet and salty nuts Oreo Cookies (as much as you would like) Sea Salt Instructions: 1. In a 9x9 square pan add the 1st layer of ice cream sandwiches 2. Add whipped cream on top of the ice cream sandwiches 3. Add your carmel bites, pecans, chocolate syrup and crushed oreos 4. Cover the toppings with more whipped cream (using a spoon works best here) 5. Add the remaining ice cream sandwiches 6. Cover the ice cream sandwiches with whipped cream 7. Add your Nuts, Oreos, Carmel Bites and chocolate sauce on top of the whipped cream and dash a little bit of salt on top of the dessert 8. Cover the dessert with cling wrap and place in your freezer for at least 3 hours (it may require more time), you want to let it sit in the freezer until it is firm enough to cut and serve.
