Kept the character class the same edged the progression of the character decisions towards renegade, in an ends justify the means notion for defeating the reapers, but remained supportive of my crew. However was not a specific aim towards paragon or renegade. As with mass effect 1 and 2 longplay had already finished the game with infiltrator and soldier doing a paragon and renegade play through before so went with a vanguard for the longplay. With Vanguard I found that allot of the time I ended up spamming the command for biotic charge to re-gen my barrier after only taking a few hits. Sometimes this was a problem when the game decided that something was obstructing your target like a pebble which would mean death when was unable to recharge barrier. The addition of co-op based multiplayer was great in the franchise and the explanation for the whole setup made sense in the canon of the story rather than just some random maps never seen before and random skins to chose from.
