Beef bihari kabab Recipe in English Ingredients: • Mustard oil ½ cup • Onion 2 • Yogurt 1 & ½ Cup • Poppy Seeds 1 ½ Tbs • Raw Papaya 2 Inch • Water 2-3 Tbs • Beef Undercut steaks 1 kg • Salt 1 Tbs • Mustard oil 2 Tsp (Marination) • Ginger Paste 2 Tbs • Black Cardamom Powder ½ Tsp • Green Cardamom Powder ½ Tsp • Black Pepper Powder 1 Tbs • Coriander Powder 1 Tbs • Cumin Seeds Powder 1 TBS • Red Chili Powder 2 Tbs or to taste • Oil for brushing skewers Directions: In a bowl add meat, salt and 2 tsp oil and mix well. Marinate for 30 mins In ¾ cup oil saute sliced onion until soft and pink. Grind sauteed onion with yogurt and set aside. Grind raw papaya and poppy seeds with ½ cup water and set aside. In marinated meat, add onion and yogurt mix, papaya poppy seed paste and all the spices and mix well. Marinate for 3 hours. Add remaining mustard oil and mix well. Hook steaks on skewers and bbq/ grill them until done. Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: • Sarson ka tel ½ • cup • Pyaz 2 • Dahi 1 & ½ Cup • Khashkhash 1 ½ Tbs • Kacha Papita 2 Inch • Pani 2-3 Tbs • Gosht ke parche bane hue 1 kg • Namak 1 Tbs • Sarson ka tel 2 Tsp (Marination) • Adrak Paste 2 Tbs • Bari Elaichi Powder ½ Tsp • Hari Elaichi Powder ½ Tsp • Kali Mirch Powder 1 Tbs • Dhania Powder 1 Tbs • Zeera Powder 1 tbs • Lal Mirch Powder 2 Tbs • Oil Banane ka Tareeka: • Ek bowl main gosht may salt aur 2 tsp oil laga kar 1/2 hour k liye marinate karain. • ¾ cup oil may sliced onion ko pink kar lain aur dahi k sath grind kar lain. • Papitay aur khashkas ko aik sath bareek grind kar lain, pistay waqt ½ cup pani shamil kar lain. • ab marinated gosht may tamam masalay aur dahi piaz aur khashkhas ka mixture dalain aur bohat achay say mix kar lain aur 3 hours k liye marinate kar dain. • ab jo oil onion fry karty hoye bacha tha woh gosht kay upar daal dain aur acha say mix kar lain. • Ab marinate hue parche seekh pe lagayen. • ab koilye per achay say saik lain behari kabab tayar hain.
