Sonic the Hedgehog (SMD/GEN) – Green Hill Zone – Act 1 in 0:25

This was done during my attempts to get 24 seconds for this level. I haven't quite gotten there yet, but I'm close. I timed this frame-by-frame and my time to the centiseconds place is about 25.20 seconds. I believe I'm losing time on the loop-de-loop, so I'll work towards improving that and whatever else I'm a little slow on.
