Minn. man accused of harassment, threats to CU athletes with spoofed nude photos

A Minnesota man was arrested for allegedly downloading Instagram pictures of female Colorado college athletes, manipulating the photos to make them appear sexually explicit and then use the altered photos to harass his victims online.
