How the CIA Controls ISIS Operation Shader

Moderate rebels are a myth. As soon as the "rebels" finish their training by the CIA and as soon as the CIA stops paying them, they instantly move to ISIS, either by direction of the CIA, or naturally as any Sunni Jihadi is welcome to work for ISIS in Raqqa. The CIA works closely together with the Mossad and together they are able to make false flag attacks happen like in paris using mercenaries. The way they do it is mostly by stealing identities of dead Jihadis, mossad agents, mercenaries, etc. There is zero evidence that any of the people who they said were involved in the attacks were even in the city.
