Yummy Tandoori Chicken : INGREDIENTS: Chicken 🐓 - 1 kg Ginger garlic paste - 2 Tsp Red chilli powder - 2 Tbsp Turmeric powder - 1 Tsp Garamasala - 1 Tsp Cumin powder - 1 Tsp Homemade Chillipowder - 2 Tbsp Salt 🧂- As Required Curd - 1 Laddle Lemon 🍋- 1 Oil - 1 Tbsp METHOD : Marination : 1.Cut the chicken pieces for tandoori 2. carve the pieces. 3. Wash well chicken with turmeric powder 4. Then take a bowl and add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Garamasala, cumin powder, homemade chilli powder, and salt . 5. Add Ginger garlic paste , curd and squeeze one lemon full. 6. Mix well all masala without adding water. 7. Of you Required add 1 tablespoon of mustard oil or refined oil. 8. Apply masala into the chicken pieces. 9. Marinate it for at least one hour. 10. More then 3 hours is enough for marinade without fridge. If you placed in fridge keep it for 5 hours. METHOD FOR TANDOORI CHARCOAL COOKING: 1. Take Tandoori stove fire the charcoal. Spread it . 2. Then place it iron plated top. 3. Put the chicken pieces and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes. 4. Apply oil on the parts of the pieces. 5. Turn all side when it comes well cooked. 6. When the smoky flavour comes it will cooked well. 7. You check with fork spoon for the chicken pieces cooked or not. 8. Serve hot with Onion slice mixed with chat masala. 9. Then Best dipping for Tandoori is veg white Mayonnaise. 10. Also Green Chutney. METHOD FOR TANDOORI IN OVEN COOKING: 1. When the chicken pieces well marinated preheat the oven with micro+ grill method for 10 Minutes. 2. Then put the chicken pieces in the given grilled top. 3. Cook with micro + grill method , set the time with 20 to 25 minutes for 1 kg chicken. 4. When you place the chicken before apply oil on top of the chicken pieces. 5. In between two times pause it and open the oven turn all the pieces and start again to cook. 6. Now it’s ready to serve. METHOD FOR TANDOORI IN TAWA OR PAN COOKING : 1. Preheat the tawa or pan 2. Take the Marinade chicken pieces and put the pieces into the pan or tawa. 3. Apply oil on top of the chicken pieces. 4. Then cook with low flame.🔥 for 15 to 25 minutes. 5. Turn all side to cook, then after chicken is cooked well . 6. Take coconut 🥥 empty shell or charcoal and burn with flame .🔥 7. When it burn well put it in small silver bowl and placed it in the tandoori chicken pan and cover it for few minute. 8. Then it will come as like smoky Fla we in the chicken pieces. Now it’s ready to serve.
