Chicken Masala| Easy Chicken Masala| Hiba Faaz

Hii Guyzz!! Today i tried this Chicken Masala which can also be served with Roti/Naan and it was really super delicious. Make CHICKEN MASALA the way i do and enjoy!😋 One kg chicken medium pc washed and drained oru kattiyulla pathram choodaki add half cup oil, 3 onion, salt, light golden brown aavum bere saute.....inbetween add 1tbs ginger garlic chilly paste...saute well....two tomatoes cherth oil thelinj verunna vere saute well....ee masala oru side lkke maattii chicken add cheythu masala chicken mukalil masala nirathukka curry leaves idukka.... high flame lle kurach time vevikkuka...kariyaadhe shreddikanam....idhilek 2tbs tomatoe paste or ketchup add cheya... 1 1/2tbs kashmiri chilly powder, turmeric powder 1/2tsp, pepper powder 1tsp, garam masala 1tsp, cherth nannayii mix aakuka... chicken cook aaka oil thelinj verunnadh vare. If you like dry gravy just cook for some more time in low flame. Cool aayal malli leaves and curry leaves add cheyth serve cheyya. Hope this would be really helpful. Stay Tuned!
