Blackops2 empty carepackage?

Sorry for the bad quality. this was recorded with my ipod because it wouldnt let me render the video from blackops2 to upload it to youtube from theater i called in a carepackage while playing call of duty blackops2 and when it fell there was nonthing in it and i tryed to take it but it wouldnt let me then it just vanished in front of my 2 eyes. all it would do is shake.
