Dough: • 4 cups all-purpose flour • 2 tsp baking powder • ½ cup sugar • 1 packet yeast (mixed with warm water & a pinch of sugar) • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened) • 2 eggs • Pinch of salt Filling: • ½ cup melted butter • ½ cup brown sugar • ¼ cup white sugar Powdered Sugar Glaze: • 1 cup powdered sugar • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 2–3 tbsp heavy cream Cream Cheese Glaze: • ¼ cup butter (melted) • 4 oz cream cheese (softened) • ¾ cup powdered sugar • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 2–3 tbsp heavy cream Instructions: 1. In a mixer, combine flour, baking powder, sugar. 2. Add butter, yeast mixture, then eggs. Mix 5 mins. 3. Transfer dough to greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour. 4. Roll dough on floured surface. Mix and spread filling on top. 5. Roll tightly, cut, place in baking dish. Let rise 30 mins. 6. Bake at 360°F (180°C) for 15–20 mins until golden. 7. Drizzle glaze or cream cheese topping and serve warm!
