Sublime Standing Sushi in Tokyo (just outside Tsukiji)...

Thinking about traveling back to Japan soon...got me thinking about standing sushi bars…a place where you stand while you eat sushi. Didn’t really know it was a thing until I came across one just outside of Tsukiji market in Tokyo on my last trip last year (nice direct flight from Honolulu!).
