Doesn't require baking, so it makes it so much easier to prepare:) I don't know about you but peanut butter & chocolate is my favorite combination! Crust ingredients: 1 cup (250g) shredded coconut 1/2 cup (120g) crashed sunflower seeds 1/3 cup (80ml) melted butter or coconut oil 1/4 cup (60g) cacao powder 1/4 cup (60g) sweetener (here monkfruit) Evenly spread in the baking form and put in a chiller for about 2 hours Mousse ingredients: 1 cup (250g) cream cheese 1/2 cup (120g) peanut butter 1/4 cup (60g) powdered sweetener 1 tbs vanilla extract 1 cup (250ml) heavy whipping cream Pour over the crust and chill for another 2-3 hours Decorate with shredded coconut and melted unsweetened dark chocolate.
