130th Constitution Amendment Bill : 130वें संविधान संशोधन बिल पर क्या बोले गृह मंत्री Amit Shah ? होम मिनिस्टर अमित शाह ने कहा है कि लोकतंत्र में किसी को भी जेल से सरकार चलाने की परमीशन नहीं दी जा सकती. कुछ लोगों ने ऐसा करने की कोशिश की इसीलिए नरेंद्र मोदी की सरकार को संविधान संशोधन बिल लाने की जरूरत पड़ी. असल में संविधान में संशोधन करके सरकार ऐसा क़ानून बनाना चाहती है जिसमें ये provision होगा कि कि PM हो, CM हों या फिर कोई मंत्री अगर 30 दिन जेल में रहा तो उसकी कुर्सी ख़ुद ब ख़ुद चली जाएगी. हालांकि इस बिल को फिलहाल JPC में भेजा गया है. लेकिन इस बिला के खिलाफ ज्यादातर अपोजीशन पार्टीज एकजुट हैं. Some people tried to do this, that is why Narendra Modi's government needed to bring a Constitution Amendment Bill. Actually, by amending the Constitution, the government wants to make such a law in which there will be a provision that if the PM, CM or any minister remains in jail for 30 days, then his chair will automatically go away. However, this bill has been sent to the JPC for now.
