Tangled Bird - Can we rescue it?

At the 2018 Kildare Animal Foundation Open Day, a concerned member of the public alerted us to a pigeon caught in a tree. Typically, I would be equipped with all my rescue gear, but not on the open day. But the Wildlife Unit operates 365 days a year, so off we went to see if we could help the poor pigeon.
