35MIN Full Body Conditioning Quick & Sweaty Workout! In this workout we’ll complete 200 Kettlebell Swings!! We’ll break those 200 Kettlebell Swings up inbetween full body exercises so that theyre more manageable. So dont hit skip just yet! These METCON workouts will contiue to challenge you but in THE BEST WAY!!! We’re working total body to get stronger💪🏼💪🏼 WORKOUT BREAKDOWN: 5 Circuits with a total body exercise each (30 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest) We’ll repeat each circuit 2 times 20 Kettlebell Swings after each circuit to complete 100! Then we’ll repeat each circuit through one more time with 20 kettlebell swings inbetween to finish 200! Warm Up Circuit 1: Row Clean Press 20 Kettlebell Swings Circuit 2: Dumbbell Snatch to Overhead Lunge 20 Kettlebell Swings Circuit 3: Chest Press + Glute Bridge 20 Kettlebell Swings Circuit 4: Push-Up + 4 Mountain Climbers 20 Kettlebell Swings Circuit 5: Wide Squat + Bicep Curl to Reverse Press 20 Kettlebell Swings Repeat through 1 more time Cooldown & stretch We dont need a lot of time for this one to get an amazing workout in while working on our strength & cardiovascular health, so it’s perfect for a busy day! We’ll torch calories, get super sweaty, & burn fat with this quick upper body workout!!🔥🔥 Im using 8, 12, & 15lb dumbbells & a 20lb kettlebell for this total body metcon workout. If you dont have a kettlebell you can absolutely use a single dumbbell instead!! Grab 2 medium/heavy dumbbells, 1 heavy dumbbell or kettlebell, water, & a sweat towel and hit play!
