Headmaster Cid is BLURRY (Final Fantasy VIII Remastered - PS4)

This is after Headmaster Cid gives a briefing before the SeeD field exam in Final Fantasy VIII Remastered (2019). If you look closely, something's not quite right - Headmaster Cid is blurry.
