1961 PanHead kick start

starter wants to stick on my 61 this was a crate build 1961 Panhead mostly oem parts, project started with a 57 rigid frame but after finding a original frame at a swap meet it didn't take long to figure a swing arm was the way to go for this screwed up bad back ! also had a 1965 transmission ,and misc parts for the lower end to convert this to a 65 kick /electric,
