Slash - Living The Dream Unboxing The first song ideas were created in 2014 and 2015 during the tour to the previous album World on Fire. According to Slash, most of the songs were written during the tour, because they are all together only here, in addition to changing rooms, hotel rooms and tour buses were used. Then the project was initially postponed because of Slash's involvement in the tour of his band Guns n 'Roses. The rehearsals started in 2018 and some songs were written this year. The recordings were produced by Michael Baskette in a small one-story house incorporating a digital studio (Snakepit 2).
