A short video explaining how and why diaphragmatic breathing* is helpful to release stress and anxiety and improve pelvic health, along with a practice to learn how. *We aren't supposed to breath intentionally into the belly all the time. Our breath and internal pressure system changes often throughout the day to support our activities and needs. Practicing belly breathing (diaphragmatic breathing) intentionally as a relaxation technique is ideal. Use it before you get out of bed, before you go to sleep and anytime during the day when you need to "catch your breath."
