Hu Tao release Abyss Floor 12-3 (3 star) w/Xiao F2P Build (Genshin Impact)

Hu Tao Abyss edition/Second abyss reset with the new floor 12. Video is about me 3 starring floor 12-3 with "bad" buffs... I had crit buff, 20% atk buff and 30% atk buff if HP over 50%. (I was going to wait for more crit buffs, but they did not show up so I just ran with some atk buffs.) First half was painful this time. (Best clear was about 8:45 for first half, but I failed second half (ice cagexd)).
