My First DEXA Scan Experience With Body Composition Test Results | Operation Atlas 2026

Hey everybody!! In this video, I'm discussing my first ever dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA or DXA) bone mineral density (BMD) and body composition scan / test that I got back in September 2025 at the Live Lean Rx location in Nashville, Tennessee to help kick off this "Operation Atlas 2026" video series!! I go over all of my results and explain a few topics along the way, such as android obesity versus gynoid obesity, and visceral fat tissue versus subcutaneous adipose tissue. I explain all the various "before" data points that I obtained during the test, which I will mention in future videos when discussing both my current and long-term goals, and my diet and exercise regimens.
