DIY: 2007-2014 Ford Expedition No Crank No Start, ECU Bypass FIX! *Step by Step in description*

You will need a multimeter or test light for this 1. No crank no start condition 2. Check power to starter, if you have power you need a starter, if you have no power next step 3. Check ignition switch to make sure it is operable, find the wire that power changes from 0v to 12v when cycling key, if 12v present when key cycled to start next step 4. Check starter relay by swapping with known good relay, if vehicle starts relay is problem, if not proceed to next step 5. Check signal coming to starter relay. Is 12v present when key cycled to start? Is ground present when key cycled to start? If no to either one proceed to pin 7 on left (passenger side) ecu connector 6. Pin 7 on left (passenger side) ecu connector should have 12v when key is off and switch to ground when key cycled to on position. If not proceed to next step 7.
