Four people were killed this morning in a city south of Seoul,... just two days after another shooting in which three people were killed. The shooting this monring took place in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do province, at around 9:30. According to authorities,... the victims include married two senior citizens and a local police officer who was the first to arrive on the scene. After a standoff with police, the suspect turned the gun on himself. The gunman is the brother of the elderly man who was killed. Officials believe that a dispute over family affairs is behind the incident. We will bring you more updates as the story develops. Her spokesperson Min Kyung-wook told reporters this morning, that the announcement will come later in the day. Speculation has long brewed that Kim would step down to take responsibility for the discord within the presidential office... that followed a controversial document leak.
