Congress leader Shashi Tharoor commented on the suspension of Congress MP Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury. Shashi Tharoor further explained how Adhir Ranjan was trying to make a point about PM Modi's silence on the Manipur incident and not insinuating that he be compared to Nirav Modi, the alleged fugitive on the run.
