Episode 49 Subsistence Occupation Forces Kill The Colonel Metal Gear Solid 5 Guide Phantom Pain V

This video shows the Episode 49 of Metal Gear Solid 5, the mission is called "[SUBSISTENCE] OCCUPATION FORCES", You have to take out the Colonel on his way to Smasei Fort, This mission is quite difficult as you don't drop in with any weapons, You have to survive by picking up weapons from the NPC's, The way i did it was, either sneak through the Sakhra Village or go in guns blazing, Sneaking is easier as you can get to the building with the convoy intel, if you get there without alerting anyone you can read it, if you alert anyone you will have to kill all the NPC's in the village before you can access the intel, you have to read the intel to start the process of the tanks spawning, i think or if there is an easier way let me know, I show, kill everyone, or sneak through the village, i show both ways in this video, i then follow the tanks on foot until i get to the next check point which has a APC (armoured personnel carrier) just parked next to the road, it might be dark but keep an eye out for it, it is the only thing i think will take out a tank, it is very very weak against a tank but good against NPC's, the Auto Cannon is fun, You could take out tanks with rocket launchers but i don't think there is not enough ammo to take both tanks which could take up to 4 hits each, but the choice is yours, I wait until the tanks are at the Fort, and just sneak out enough so you can see the tanks, and truck, i shoot the closet tank first, then the truck and then the last tank furthest away, Don't be tempted to shoot NPC's engage the 2 tanks and truck first, as the APC can take quite a few small arms hits, Don't poke the nose of the APC out to far, as the tank can take you out in 1 hit, If you are to slow they fire mortars back at your position as they are super accurate so you will lose your APC, If you take out the 3 vehicles, stay in your tank and shoot all the NPC's with your Auto Cannon, if the Hind helicopter arrives get out of the APC and do the rest on foot, as the Hind will destroy the APC, Avoid shooting the AA gun as you can use it like i do to finish off the last of the NPC's and the Hind attack helicopter if it comes and patrols the area, Don't call in the pick up helicopter until you have cleared the area, that was my mistake, or there is a helicopter pickup point back where you started, Try to recover the APC to use it for your some side mission or send the Diamond Dogs off on a side mission, as one of them needs a APC, For some reason the last part at the fort is super hard, after many many replays of this mission, i take out the 2 tanks and truck first without shooting at any NPC's as you just don't have time, Hopefully the tank shooting at you will kill the NPC's near you, or run them over like me, as soon as you take out the 3 vehicles, focus on taking out the NPC's as some have rocket launchers, I have more Metal Gear Solid 5 videos on You Tube, Here is a link to my playlist,    • Metal Gear Solid 5   Thanks for watching my videos it is much appreciated.
