Russia attacked Ukraine overnight on June 30 with 13 Shahed drones and four S-300 missiles, Ukraine’s Air Force reported. Kyiv said that its air defence units shot down 10 Shahed drones overnight on June 30. Meanwhile, Ukraine’s military said that it killed 560 Russian soldiers and destroyed 11 Russian artillery systems in one day. Ukraine said its Air Force launched 11 strikes on enemy personnel clusters over the past day. Meanwhile, Russia’s Defence Ministry claims that its forces killed 530 Ukrainian troops over the past day. Russia said its forces repelled four Ukrainian attacks in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions on June 29. A Belarusian rebel leader has claimed that construction is underway on a site for Wagner mercenaries in Osipovichi city. Aliaksandr Azarau, leader of the BYPOL guerrilla group, says that the site is 230 km north of the Ukraine border. According to reports, Prigozhin met with Lukashenko several times this week to discuss his force in Belarus. German Chancellor Olaf Scholz has said that the allies should prepare themselves for a war that continues for a long time. The private military group's aborted rebellion has resulted in an unusual price rise for its merchandise.
