Tekken 3 [Arcade Ver.] - King with Julia's Moveset (Ultra Hard, Skyscraper Kick) (Request)

Back at you guys again with another move swap video. This time King with Julia's moveset. I was also challenged to do something with this moveset, as well. This person wanted me to use Skyscraper Kick to K.O. my opponent every time they were at peak life. I managed to get it in some of the fights, but the other K.O.s were due to button misinput, lol.
