How to remove brown age-spots and paper stains from old documents in Photoshop

Short Photoshop technique that helps remove those brown age-spots that appear in old paper documents. The example uses a pencil drawing from late 19th century, using Levels Adjustment Layers and Colour Range based Masks, we can get a better look result, without losing the detail in the pencil drawing itself.
