He's phoned Cesar to help you with this mission. After the cutscene ends, get on the bike with Cesar and drive to the main road before making a right to the freeway. . . Once you're on the freeway, continue heading towards the direction of the truck, which will be marked as a red blip on your map. As soon as you see the truck, go to the driver's side door (left) and hold your position for a couple of seconds. If done correctly, Cesar will hop onto the truck and start beating up the driver. Holding the bike in position can be a bit challenging, considering you're on the freeway with a lot of cars. The truck will move any vehicle in front of it out of the way, giving you a clearer path to continue moving forward without having to dodge cars. You'll have to hold the bike in position for about 5-6 seconds before Cesar jumps onto the truck. . . Get into the truck and make your way back to the Doherty Garage in San Fierro to complete the mission. Drive the truck slowly when taking it back.
