When they arrived they found one home fully involved and high winds. The winds were creating a very dangerous situation as they were blowing hot ash and embers hundreds of feet and into nearby properties, eventually starting multiple fires, including 2 other homes and vegetation. He fire quickly went second alarm and residents in the entire neighborhood were being evacuated. At least one family was displaced and the Red Cross was notified to assist them. At this time the cause of the fire is not known but it is under investigation.
