Showers and storms in southern Utah will end tonight and all of Utah and SW Wyoming will see sunny skies Friday. Highs will be in the low 60s yet again Friday, then we'll jump into the upper 60s near 70 Saturday with increasing clouds and winds. A cold front will move into northern Utah late Saturday night into early Sunday morning. This will bring valley rain and mountain snow showers Sunday through Monday morning. Showers throughout the day Sunday and Monday morning will likely be lake-induced and influenced by the direction of the wind. Right now, wind favors lake-effect showers to impact Bountiful to Ogden. Valley snow is unlikely but some higher elevation benches could see some snowflakes mix in. Highs will fall into the mid 50s Sunday, then low 50s Monday. High pressure will bring quiet weather likely through the rest of next week with temperatures climbing back to normal by Wednesday.?Totals range .25-.50" from Salt Lake County northward with isolated higher totals towards the Idaho border. - Devan Masciulli, KSL Weather 10.23.25
