Grey FBI Warning (Early 1990s?)
Taken from the opening of "Danny Marona: The Entertainer!", a music and stand-up comedy tape: https://archive.org/details/danny-marona-2 It was overall a very strange tape, but I've never seen this particular FBI warning screen before.
