The formal launch of the Project X initiative took place on Wednesday 21 September 2016 at 18:00 hrs at the Embassy of India, Paris. This event was hosted by H. E. Dr. Mohan Kumar, Indian Ambassador to France, who delivered the key note address and encouraged the Indian diaspora to become part of this community initiative
