Naomi would be surprised but this is just standard behaviour for them. Though an unlikely ally does emerge: the Turian Councillor. If Naomi agrees to get the Turian Primarch, then the Turians would probably help her out. It's not a solid promise of support, but it's the best thing she's been offered so far!
