Mass Effect Legendary Edition - Arrival DLC, Object Rho Fight, (Insanity Vanguard)
In my opinion, the most difficult fight in the game (which makes it the most fun), especially since Vanguard is so buggy here. Not always having a target, charging not always working, plus close combat fighting.
