Then choose “explore topics” and select “account”. Scroll all the way down and click on “contact us”. You will be re-directed to an AI chat bot. As you can see, I have already asked the bot if I can change my age. It will ask if you are doing it for yourself or for your child. I requested the chat bot to send me to the contact page and it offered the option to “submit email ticket” to the support team.
