[Assist Mode TAS] Celeste 8C in 18.003

This TAS utilizes infinite dashes and invincibility to beat Core C-Side in 18.003 seconds. This is a 33 frame improvement over the previous version I released in June 2020, much of which came from incorporating new maingame strats. Inputs for the first room were written by Lnf, and were taken from the standard 8C TAS at the time of upload. Everything else was written by me.
