Mango Sorbet Time: 10 minutes (+ freezing time) Serves: 1 Recipe by: Adrian Richardson Ingredients: 500g mango, cubed 150g caster sugar 1 egg white 1 lime, juiced 100ml glucose, warmed Method: Using a Magimix Food Processor combine mango, caster sugar, egg white, glucose syrup and lime juice.
