"For information please visit https://owners.nissanusa.com/nowners/. You will find quick reference guides and other useful information about your warranty, Bluetooth® system, and much more! To connect a compatible cellular phone, the vehicle must be stationary. The connecting procedure varies according to each cellular phone model. A Compatibility Guide that identifies brands and models of phones that are compatible with your vehicle’s Bluetooth wireless technology system can be found at www.InfinitiUSA.com/bluetooth. If your phone is not listed, this does not necessarily mean that it’s incompatible. However, the website will not be able to offer further assistance for that phone. In this case, please see the manufacturer’s owner’s manual for further details. Press the PHONE SEND button on the steering wheel. The system announces the available commands. After the tone, say “Connect Phone”. The system announces the next set of available commands. Say “Add Phone” after the tone. When the command is acknowledged, the system directs you initiate the connecting procedure on your phone. When prompted for a PIN code, enter “1234” on the handset. The PIN code “1234” is assigned by INFINITI and cannot be changed. To complete the process, the system prompts you to speak a name for the phone. After the initial connecting procedure is complete, your phone will be automatically connected to the in-vehicle phone module whenever the ignition switch is placed in the ON position and the phone is turned on and carried into the vehicle. You can use the same procedure to connect up to five different cellular phones to your vehicle’s Bluetooth system. If the software on your phone has been updated and you are experiencing difficulties using the Bluetooth system, it may help to delete and then reconnect the phone. To do this, say “Delete Phone” from the “Connect Phone” menu, select the appropriate phone when prompted, then repeat the connection procedure. Please see your Owner’s Manual for important safety information, system limitations and additional operating information. "
