Pls Help My 3000 Def Albedo Is Still Bad!!!

I know that his crit rate is terrible, but I was hoping for more from this new sword and artifact set. Maybe Itto and Goro will make him better. He was my second rate up 5 star and I have really been trying to like his gameplay, but it's not working. I'll take any tips, but I don't got Zhongli to pair him with. Also I got a new computer and figured out how to get crispy videos from OBS, but my gameplay for this one is not crispy since I never use Albedo.
